Back in Paris the City of Love and Light or is that just wishful thinking, after my crush on Alain?

Time for a haircut and colour – am I brave enough with my very limited French to get a cut and colour? Yes, I am -throwing all my usual caution to the wind I find a reputable salon within walking distance to my hotel and drop in.  After lots of sign language and finding a person in the salon who probably had as much English as I had French we negotiated a cut and colour. It cost me 100 euros, which I thought was good value, and I did walk out much lighter (less hair and a shade lighter)  I was fizzing like a can of lemonade shaken up - mainly because it all looked great and I could now brag I’ve had a cut and colour in Paris!
